(Physics)<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"sbp-pers-qualification\">\nGerman Patent Attorney<br \/>\nEuropean Patent and Trademark Attorney\n<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Thoenes joined the firm in 1976. For more than 30 years, he represented his clients in patent and trademark prosecution, in opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, as well as in the enforcement and licensing of industrial property rights.
